So my friend was right!! - Syndication Express

So about 4 weeks ago I was chatting with a friend of mind that sells spray vitamins. She’s a friend and we were just talking about our usual stuff. I was telling her about some issues I was having and how I was feeling.

She suggested I try some of her spray B12. I told her that I’ve taken many different types of B12 and I never noticed a difference.  She told me that spray vitamins were different that  VitaMist is the only ones that actual have a patent on their delivery system.

She went on to explain that through oral spray, nutrients go into the bloodstream and then into the cells within a matter of minutes. She stated a  fact, that “tests from Massachusetts General Hospital have shown higher blood concentrations of insulin taken by oral application. Even by injection, insulin takes 30 minutes longer to reach the same blood levels”

Well, now I just felt like she was giving me her sales pitch so I started to tune her out, after all she does the same to me when I start going off about my opportunities. Funny how you will believe a complete stranger, but your close friend tells you something and you quickly dismiss it. Anyway, she offered me a free trial tube. Well, Free is after all my favorite price so I agreed to try it.

Avoid Unpleasant Taste and "Indigestion"! - Syndication Express

As I leisurely stroll through the can meat aisle in my local grocery store, I noticed an item called SPAM and decided to purchase it. When I got home my sister promptly asked, "Where are you going with that?" I was surprised at the reaction and asked, "Why." She told me that we never buy that product because "no one knows what's in it... Don't you know it made of mystery meats.?"

Nevertheless , I decided to use it but didn't like the unpleasant aftertaste and indigestion. (Now if you like it, enjoy!)

According to Wikipedia, Spam is a canned precooked meat product made by the Hormel Foods Corporation. It was first introduced in 1937 and is made in several varieties . The classic product labelled ingredients are chopped pork shoulder meat, with ham meat added, salt, water, modified potato starch as a binder, and sodium nitrite as a preservative. Its gelatinous glaze, or aspic, forms from the cooling of meat stock.

But there is another kind of SPAM which can leave an unpleasant aftertaste and cause serious damage if not properly managed.

Building my business isn't hard. - Syndication Express

Good day to all who read this.

Speaking to others about my business is a joy for me and at times a pleasure unlike any other.
I have been on this path, as my wife says, a long time (6 yrs) but not as long as I was an in-home repairman (30+ yrs).

I learned, in my in-home repair yrs, that I had to be the professional because that is what the customer was paying for.

I was not just there to make money for a task that I was preforming but also to educate the customer so that, if possible, they wouldn't have to call me, or someone like me to solve most issues in their homes.
Issues like:

Cleaning the back side of their refrigerator so that the compressor and coils could move the heat from inside the refrigerator to the out side by keeping the coils clean and not being "Freeked-Out" when they heard noises from their Refrigerators/Upright Freezers in the middle of the night ( It is defrosting).

MLM Training - Stupid Tricks Network Marketing Companies Do - Syndication Express

The most amazing stupid tricks network marketing companies do is letting some legal department enforce their policies and procedures.

Let's think about this. If a network marketing company has a legal team that writes the policies and procedures and oversees the legalities of the company, the network marketing company has generally spent about a quarter of a million dollars retaining this legal department.

So now the legal department has to justify their existence, since they just added a quarter of a million dollars overhead to the company. So the legal department writes Policies and Procedures so convoluted, so confusing - it's just legalese BS.

Oh No! Charlie Brown. - Syndication Express

“I love mankind - it’s people I can’t stand.” says Charlie Brown, in Charles Schulz’ timeless comic strip.Charlie Brown had a important point: relationships with other human beings are beautiful – in theory. In reality, they can be difficult and messy. Conflict is a normal part of any healthy relationship. After all, two people can’t be expected to agree on everything, all the time.  But nothing determines our success in our personal lives and in business as much as our ability to interact and work with other people.

On the other hand, nothing is messier in relationships than dealing with conflict. Simply put, a conflict is a situation in which one or both parties perceive a threat real or imagine.  Learning how to deal with conflict – rather than avoiding it – is crucial.  If you’re anything like me, you would rather avoid conflict, but it is part of life on planet earth. However, I believe there are both constructive and destructive ways to approach it.

The Post and Run Syndrome: Causes and Costs of Bad Internet Manners - Syndication Express

This reminds me of an off-line networking system, sometimes known as the cocktail party. There's always one guy who comes in, starts talking and won't let anyone else talk. He assumes that everyone else should pay attention to what he has to say, since he is an expert in whatever subject is on the floor. He doesn't feel the need to listen to anyone else, because, after all, what possible information or advice could they have that he doesn't have already? He's the party bully.

The online version of the party bully is the "post and run" person. He gives the impression that he doesn't value any ideas but his own. Eventually, no one reads his posts, and he wonders why. His rankings go down, and he wonders why. Like the party bully, he wonders why no one wants to talk to him, and he doesn't realize that no one wants to be talked at by him.

Kevin Curtis | Press Release: God vs. Science

Albert Einstein wrote a book titled God vs. Science in 1921.
In a College classroom with a professor teaching a philosophy lesson.......
An atheist professor of philosophy pauses before his class and then says, 'Let me explain the problem science has with religion.'
He then asks one of his new students to stand. 'You're a Christian, aren't you, son?'
'Yes sir,' the student says. 'So you believe in God?' 'Absolutely. '
'Is God good?' 'Sure! God's good.'
‘Is God all-powerful? Can God do anything?' 'Yes'
'Are you good or evil?' 'The Bible says I'm evil.'
The professor grins knowingly. 'Aha! The Bible! He considers for a moment. 'Here's one for you. Let's say there's a sick person over here and you can cure him. Would you do it?'
'Yes sir, I would.'
'So you're good!' 'I wouldn't say that.' 'But why not say that? You'd help a sick and maimed person if you could. Most of us would if we could. But God doesn't.'
The student does not answer, so the professor continues. 'He doesn't, does he? My brother was a Christian who died of cancer, even though he prayed to Jesus to heal him. How is this Jesus good? Can you answer that one?' The student remains silent.
'No, you can't, can you?' the professor says. He takes a sip of water from a glass on his desk to give the student time to relax. 'Let's start again, young fella. Is God good?'
'Er..yes,' the student says.

The Mayonnaise Jar and Two Cups of Coffee - Syndication Express

(Many of you may have seen this before. I like to read it occasionally as a reminder. It is all over the internet, but I copied this particular one at:http://en.avaaz.org/843/remember-to-make-time-for-the-really-important-things-in-life)
When things in your lives seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the two cups of coffee.

A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.

The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.

Who is Really to Blame for Your Lack of Success in Your Business? - Syndication Express

Most of us have worked in at least one network marketing company prior to joining our current business. Many of you work two or more businesses right now.

Of those who have worked with network marketing companies in the past, many, possibly most ended up quitting and moving on to another business.  The majority of those likely quit because they were not successful.  I realize that there are exceptions.  A few may have left a company, because the company itself closed up shop.  But the fact remains that most people simply quit their positions with network marketing companies.

Now, no one goes into a new business planning to be unsuccessful. In fact most are very eager and excited at first, and then the glow wears off when they realize they are not making money.

Rattlesnake Wrangling and SEO - Syndication Express

I know that your asking, what the heck does that have to do with SEO (Search Engine Optimization)? As I mentioned, most people do not like to do either thing, but I do.  I create websites for clients and use Wordpress as the platform. I create great websites for them but when it comes time for them to keep the websites updated with content and making the content SEO friendly, many do not have the time to do that and do not have the budget to pay someone to do it for them. The website is great but it is hard for them to get traffic to it. Granted, you can use paid ads, but that can be expensive.

Dennis Thorgesen | Press Release: Building a brand; MLM’ers why should I join you

How to you get them to join you?
Your goal is to build relationships. Friendships if you will. Is sharing links to your “opportunity” and nothing else going to achieve this goal?

Be real
There is nothing harder for me personally than not sharing what I hear and what makes my day. With the nature of the social cause I head this is not possible. What I can say is “when I look to my right I see bears, squirrels, and balloons. This is the wallpaper in what is normally the “boys” room. At the moment all the children here are female.

Be who you are
Your personal ethics are part of who you are. If others do not see this, they really have no feeling for who you are. Two years of my life was spent tutoring students in business ethics and business law. Ethics is what you personally believe.

FORM
This is what smart MLM’s want to know. In the end it is the most important information you can have.
F. family
O occupation
R recreation
M money

In social media and on the phone you want to listen. You also want to be asking questions. What you ask will fill in your FORM. There are very few people who won’t talk to you when you use these questions. People love to talk about themselves.

Annemarie Berukoff | Press Release: What Is The Largest Obstacle to MLM Home Business Internet Succes - Four Reasons Two Tracks

A great question was asked in a recent MLM group on LinkedIn. What is the biggest obstacle to MLM success? There were many similar answers but one answer was totally different from the others … so it makes you wonder if there is a current MLM culture that is too compromised where failure will continue to be the outcome.

The 4 main reasons can be summarized  as:
1. Lack of self-belief
2. Lack of activity
3. Lack of leadership skill or upline support
4. Lack of basic education about how the MLM Network Marketing industry works

Here are a few excerpts:
As a leader, you must have the skill, talent and ability to help those you lead/recruit into your business.

Activity - this stems from not knowing what to do, what to say and how to work a daily plan.

The upline doesn't even know they are lacking in certain skills because they are listening to their upline. It is very easy to duplicate someone else's mistakes.

I think our biggest obstacle is ourselves. We need to find a positive thinking mentor, undertake personal growth, build our confidence, to be professional and attract others into our business.

I am not sure how far you have gone doing social marketing in the social networks, but I have seen

What Are Social Networks?

Using social networks is a way for one person to meet up with other people on the Net. That’s not all though. Some people use social networks for meeting new friends on the Net. Other’s use it to find old friends. Then there are those who use it to find people who have the same problems or interests they have, this is called niche networking.

What is Entrepreneurial Spirit - Syndication Express

What is entrepreneurial spirit? It is the ability to forage ahead under any circumstances or conditions focusing only on the desired destiny at the end of the journey.

From 1981 when my husband and I were married to 1985 we wondered around aimlessly knowing what we wanted but not sure how to get it. We were both in dead end jobs.

We both had big dreams of owning nice cars and our own land away from the big city. We both loved animals but had no place for them.

We had my daughter from my first marriage, and 10 months after we were married we had a son. Together our paychecks didn't add up to 600 dollars a month.

I can't tell you how many weeks we would live on bologna and bread. We might have 12 dollars to buy food if we were lucky. We knew we had to do something.

We were determined to not let our situation define us. We had a 1970 Oldsmobile SS with a 440 engine in it. We pack that car down with what we could get in it and off to Texas we headed.

Move forward to 2013 in Wise County Texas, we own land, cattle, animals, a brick home and we have more cars and trucks than any two people will ever need.

But...
